By downloading or using Soundblast DJ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and permitted use
You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use Soundblast DJ. You may not resell, reverse engineer, redistribute modified copies, or use the app unlawfully.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the audio, recordings, and other content you use. You must have the necessary rights and follow applicable copyright and other laws.
4. Availability and updates
Soundblast DJ requires the DJCONTROL INPULSE 200MK3 and only works on macOS 14 Sonoma or newer, on Apple Silicon (M1 or later). We may update, improve, change, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and compatibility may change as operating systems or third-party services evolve.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost profits, or issues caused by unsupported hardware, third-party software, or misuse of the app.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated or use creates security or legal risk.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
